Job Summary
Providence ¡CityArts! For Youth seeks talented part-time Teaching Artists to lead workshops in our community-based arts after-school program for July 2021! ¡CityArts! prioritizes BIPOC applicants. It is integral for our program staff to reflect the identities of our students. Summer programs will happen in person at our studios on Broad Street with COVID-19 safety precautions in place. Teaching artists are compensated $25/hr with paid prep, meeting, and professional development opportunities.
We are seeking experienced Teaching Artists with skills in:
• Fine Arts /Mixed Media
• Filmmaking
• Photography
• Dance and Movement
• Music and Sound Production
• Ceramics and Sculpture
