You’re invited to meet with our Congressional delegation in April on Zoom. Join RISCA staff and the RI arts and culture community for one (or more!) of the calls to hear what conversations are happening at the federal level (including a suite of Creative Economy related legislation!). In addition, hear RISCA staff and fellow arts and culture community members communicate what is happening on the ground here in Rhode Island’s arts and culture community.
NOTE: due to the brief – and last minute – nature of this call, only a handful of people will be selected to speak prior to the meeting. For the meetings the week of April 18, the speakers will mostly be RISCA staff. While you might not be able to speak, your presence is incredibly important, as a list of attendees will be sent to our delegation’s offices after each meeting. We will also encourage you to follow-up personally and continue your own relationship with members of our Congressional delegation.
