Girls Rock! Rhode Island’s board has recently undertaken an internal anti-oppression process, which has informed the creation of this position. The new Co-Director will work collaboratively with current Director, Hilary Jones, and our board to uphold the mission, vision, and values of the organization, and ensure that our programs continue to grow in a way that supports our participants and community. If you have a vision for the future of the organization, a passion for empowerment, anti-oppression work, and music’s role in personal and social change, plus the skills to help the organization continue to grow (collaboratively!), this could be the position for you!
