Deadlines Approaching for APAP's Cultural Exchange Fund and Participation Assistance Fund

The Association of Performing Arts Professionals is the national service, advocacy and membership organization for presenters of the performing arts. APAP is dedicated to developing and supporting a robust performing arts industry and the professionals who work within it.
The Cultural Exchange Fund (CEF) is a travel subsidy program supported by The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation that assists U.S.-based APAP members in building partnerships and collaborations outside of the U.S. and to experience the work of artists from around the world in its cultural context. APAP awards U.S.-based presenting organizations, agents, managers, producers, individual artists, and groups of presenting professionals traveling outside of the U.S. to see the work of artists and companies or to develop and advance projects with foreign artists and their collaborators. The Participation Assistance Fund (PAF) provides financial assistance to APAP members (both artists and presenters) to be able to attend the conference in New York in January. Current, paid APAP members can apply for the fund, which includes one complimentary registration to APAP|NYC 2018 and a $500 stipend, to help offset the costs of participating. The number of recipients awarded is based on the funds contributed and subject to the availability of funds. For more information, click here.
